You need a tax or financial consultation – you can contact us via an e-mail, viber, message, or just give us a call. We will look for the best solution of your problem.

Permanent connection with NRA

You need a document issued by the National Revenue Agency (NRA) – it is not necessary to waste your time visiting this authority. We use a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and are in a permanent connection with the tax authority. A power of attorney should be signed in favor of us and we will be able to receive electronically any documents you need.

We speak 4 languages

Except Bulgarian we offer accounting services in several languages, such as: English, German and Czech.

We prepare quickly the reports and statements you needed

We process your documents as quickly as possible, so if you need a prompt feedback concerning statements and reports - we are able to provide you with him.

We do NOT “count” your documents

We do NOT “count” your documents. We do NOT consider the individual business transactions, you perform as separate financial transactions, we consider them in overall manner. Independent on the number of transactions on your daily and / or monthly bank statements, we see your bank statement is a single document offering an information about the cash flows of your company.

Free of charge year-end procedures

In case of signed Accounting and Consulting Services Contract for a period longer than1 year, we shall NOT charge your any additional fees for year-end procedures.

Free Of Charge VAT Registration according to the bulgarian VAT law

You want to make a registration with respect to the VAT Act as a private and/or legal entity? We will assist you with a consultation, a preparation of the relevant papers and we will accompany you, so that your communication with the NRA authorities would be trouble-free. 
For new customers, signed the accounting package contract for a period longer than 1 year, this service is a “present” for you.

  • Tracking, control and accounting of the relationships with your contractors;
  • Accounting and tracking of the cash flows on the  bank accounts of your company;

  • Accounting of the Leasing contracts and repayment contributions with respect to the  concluded loan agreements;
  • Monthly accounting of the used motor vehicles and an indication of the spent fuel, based on the information provided by you;
  • Preparation of Accounting and Tax depreciation plans for the long term assets;
  • Preparation of contracts and other documents concerning the employment relationship between your company and your employees;
  • Submitting notifications under Article 62, paragraph 4 of the Labour Code in connection with registration, termination, cancellation of Employment (Labour) contracts and/or additional agreements thereto;
  • Preparation of Payroll Statements, Monthly Insurance Declarations No. 1 and No. 6 to the NRA, presenting of health insurance certificates and other documents to the NSSI;
  • Preparation of monthly and annual statements in accordance to  the Bulgarian laws;
  • Preparation of monthly VAT statements, as well as the registers thereto.

Dilyana Angelova Chief – Accountant

Master’s degree in “Accounting and Control”, UNWE – city of Sofia with more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, tax consulting and activities related to the human resources management. She is fluent in English, and she has worked along with foreign/overseas customers from Europe, Asia and South America for more than 10 years. She has been the chief accountant of a chain of pharmaceutical factories and video surveillance companies. Basic principles: honesty, professionalism and customer attention.

Angelena Angelova – external consultant

Master’s degree in “Finance” – UNWE, city of Sofia. Master’s degree in “International management” – University of Vienna, Austria. Master of Science in “National Economics” – University of Economics – Vienna, Austria with more than 20 years of experience in economic and business consultations and international economic relations. She speaks German, English and Czech. She has worked in Austria and the Czech Republic for international companies such as Coca-Cola, IBM. Basic principles: confidentiality, legality and loyalty.
